Smartlinx Limited Warranty

At Smartlinx, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products.
Every Smartlinx device is carefully built, tested, and backed by a limited warranty to ensure a reliable experience for our customers.

 Warranty Coverage

Smartlinx products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Product failures under normal use conditions

  • Power delivery, connectivity, or display issues caused by manufacturing faults

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cosmetic marks)

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party accessories

  • Damage from electrical surges, water exposure, or extreme conditions

 Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, please ensure:

  • The product was purchased from Smartlinx.pro or an authorized Smartlinx reseller

  • You can provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt)

  • The product serial number is clearly visible and unaltered

How to File a Warranty Claim

If your product appears defective or isn’t performing as expected:

  1. Visit our Support Center to review troubleshooting steps.

  2. If the issue persists, email our support team at info@smartlinx.pro with:

    • Product model and serial number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Description (and photos/video if possible) of the issue

  3. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.

 Returns & Replacements

If your product qualifies under warranty:

  • Replacement: A new or refurbished unit of equal value may be issued.

  • Repair: If repairable, we’ll service your product and return it promptly.

  • Refund: If replacement or repair isn’t possible, a refund may be issued in accordance with our return policy.

For non-defective products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

 Shipping & Processing

  • Smartlinx is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipment.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your shipping receipt.

  • Warranty processing time typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive the product.

 Out-of-Warranty Support

If your warranty has expired, Smartlinx may offer paid repair or replacement options at a discounted rate.
